〈How to Change Shipping Address〉

1) Fan Club products may contain a purchaser's information, so the purchaser and the recipient should match in principle. If you have an agent or shipping agency receive the ordered product, the Company shall be unable to resolve any issue occurring after its delivery.

2) Fan Club products are not sent immediately upon purchase. So we provide a separate shipping address modification period to prevent a case that you do not receive them at the address you entered when purchasing. You cannot modify your shipping address except for a set period.

3) Destination must be a searchable Korean/English address in the post office to ensure accurate delivery. (https://www.epost.go.kr/search.RetrieveIntegrationNewZipCdList.comm)

4) Any returned or mis-delivered items that did not match the Korean/English address standards of the Korean Post Office cannot be processed for the whereabouts thereof.

5) All the contacts entered must be accurate contact information of the actual purchaser. Contact information other than mobile phone number may cause non-receipt cases due to the recipient's absence at the point of delivery. Please enter your mobile phone number for smooth delivery.

6) If you wish to receive the items at an address outside of Korea, please note that you cannot change your country after entering your initial address.

7) Overseas delivery shall be via EMS. However, if EMS is unavailable in your country, your item may be sent via DHL.

8) Shipping Address Modification Period: September 6 (Fri) ~ September 15 (Sun) 23:59

9) Purchased items will be shipped sequentially starting the fourth week of September.

※ You can not modify the shipping address " Country " you filled out when joining the fan club.  

     If you want to modify " Country " before the fan club recruitment deadline, please cancel your subscription and proceed with your re-enrolling. 

     Please note that it will not be modified after the fan club recruitment deadline.

※ Recruitment period : APR 29th, 2019 (MON) 4 PM – MAY 19th, 2019 (FRI) 23:59 PM (KST)

※ Delivery schedule : Notice later

※ You can join the fan club only once a year.

※ You can sign up, cancel, and refund at 23:59 p.m. on MAY 19th, 2019. Please refer to this when signing up.

※ Additional information can be modified until 23:59 p.m. on MAY 19th, 2019.

※ Member cards and goods are collectively delivered after the member sign - up.
