* As the novel coronavirus continues to impact every corner of our world, some countries have suspended international air transport services in their efforts to stem the spread of COVID-19.
The number of countries closing their borders have kept increasing. Therefore, it is hard to make sure to have international shipments delivered on schedule since any country opening its borders now will have suspended international air transport services during the delivery period. Please note that global shipments shall be thereby delayed until all relevant countries lift air travel restrictions.
As for now, any such restrictions are not scheduled to be eased; henceforward, the global shipments schedule will be further notified.

* We do not accept any case other than the reasons for the exchange.
* For the replacement of defective merchandise, please make sure to file a claim via email in due course within seven (7) days from the receipt.
* Any application for the exchange made after the deadline shall not be accepted.
* After the application period ends, the item replacement shall begin.
* After the deadline, we will determine replacement cases and send a notice if applicable. Therefore, we do not separately reply to any inquiry received during the application period.
