The activity period for the official SEVENTEEN Fan Club 4th ‘CARAT’ has been extended from June 30th, 2020 to August 31st, 2020.


〈4th CARAT Activity Period〉

Original date: June 1st, 2019 ~ June 30th, 2020

Extended date: June 1st, 2019 ~ August 31st, 2020


Any details regarding the end of the 4th CARATs activity period will be announced separately through the 〈4th CARAT Activity Completion Announcement〉. A separate announcement will be made in regard to the new official fan club recruitment.

※ You can not modify the shipping address " Country " you filled out when joining the fan club.


If you want to modify " Country " before the fan club recruitment deadline, please cancel your subscription and proceed with your re-enrolling.


Please note that it will not be modified after the fan club recruitment deadline.


※ Recruitment period : May 13th, 2019 (MON) 2 PM – Jun 7th, 2019 (FRI) 23:59 PM (KST)


※ Delivery schedule : Notice later


※ You can join the fan club only once a year.


※ You can sign up, cancel, and refund at 23:59 p.m. on Jun 7th, 2019. Please refer to this when signing up.


※ Additional information can be modified until 23:59 p.m. on Jun 14th, 2019.


※ Member cards and goods are collectively delivered after the member sign - up.

How to pickup your
purchased tickets.

  • Please be with your valid ID card and Statement of Purchases when you pick up tickets at site.
  • When you purchase tickets, the name you enter must exactly match the name on a passport to confirm your ticket.

Payment with
International Credit Card.

  • Payments must be carried out with a foreign credit card.
    (not Korean card)
  • To pay with international credit card, you need a secure of the
    card company.
  • You should register the Secure authentication to the card
    company website before booking
    for fast and seamless booking tickets.
  • UNION PAY doesn't need a registration to the card company website.

* In compliance with the Article 22 in Melon Ticket User's Agreement, any request
 for a booking may be cancelled or restricted from purchasing, in case that they are
